So Exciting!

I’m hosting my first ADHD support group meeting at my house on January 30th!

I am quite excited about it- even though its going to be a small little group of people.

I have personally benefitted tremendously from talking to other ADHDer parents, and I hope I have helped the ADHDer parents I speak to through emails and the occasional telephone call… I’ve made some notes of things we can talk about, and I watched a TV program on a website last night called “ADD & Loving It” that was just incredible (if the attendees would like to watch it). I don’t want it to be too formal, but I would like it to be informative- not only a session in which to share and talk. 

Hopefully this will be the first of many.

Know anyone who’d like to come along?
